Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take until my order is shipped?

Once your order has been placed, allow for 2-3 days to prepare and process your shipment. Please email admin@vadorejewelry.com if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products and our business. If any issues arise
with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

What is your return or exchange policy?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept exchanges, returns, or store credit on eligible pieces within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, items must:

  • Not be made-to-order, custom, bespoke, or modified
  • Be unworn and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value (exchanges made in-person)

Please call or email us to facilitate an exchange or store credit.

Do you do custom pieces?

Yes! We specialize in custom jewelry. Please call or email us to schedule a consultation (in person or by phone) to discuss in greater detail. From bridal, statement, to everyday jewelry, we have large breadth of experience and knowledge in beautifully crafted custom pieces.

Do you repair jewelry?

Absolutely - with master jewelers in the family business, we oversee and perform jewelry repair locally. To initiate a repair or inquire about ring resizing, we highly recommend visiting our store in-person, as each piece requires individualized attention and care.

If you are not able to visit us locally, please call or email us to discuss details about your repair needs and special accommodations.

Repairs can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the degree of work and jeweler's work cue. Expect longer timeframes around the holiday season.
